Thirty six years ago, Frances Gwin (my mom) opened the first real estate office on Peavine Road to service customers coming to the beautiful Cumberland Plateau.  In 2000, I purchased the business from her and continued the tradition being a full service boutique office.  In 2018, I was approached by Better Homes and Gardens to partner with them.  I love the lifestyle brand and it was a perfect fit for our community.  Since its beginnings in 1986, our goal has been to be the foundation for the success of agents and employees who work at Better Homes and Gardens Gwin Realty, giving agents the tools and training to be successful!  How do we accomplish this?

First, I am a managing broker, I do not take leads.  Any leads that are generated by the company are given to agents to work with.

Second, We have more foot traffic than any other office, bringing hundreds of vacationing golfers and families to our door each year who are interested in moving to our area.  These are warm leads for our agents. Next, we have the best tools in the industry that are available through the Better Homes and Gardens brand.  I am very proud to work in an office where agents work as a team and help one another. We have an "how can I help?'  attitude.  I am available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have.  And lastly, we have fun!!  From our bimonthly sales meetings to special events throughout the year, we enjoy our office and team mates!
